Summary

Do you have a passion for climbing activity?

Have you got experience of teaching others to climb?

Teesside Sport are looking for Climbing Wall Instructors as part of the university sport service, who are able to deliver a range of climbing activity within the on campus climbing wall facility.

You will be responsible for the delivery of climbing and bouldering wall sessions delivered within the facility to users of all abilities. You will be required to deliver induction sessions to new users of the facility, explaining all of the safety requirements and appropriate use of equipment.

You will be expected to advise on and coach climbing technique in more advanced sessions and where required support our climbing coach. As part of every session you will be responsible for equipment checks and the safe delivery of sessions within this facility whilst providing a high level of customer service.
