Job title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting to: The Employer
Location: Hagley, Worcestershire DY9
Job purpose:
To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the person who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer:
Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support to their 18-year-old Son who has ASD and moderate learning disabilities every Monday afternoon so he can attend a social club in Kidderminster.

Attend a social club every Monday
Type of person that you/they are looking for:
Values: We are looking for someone that is honest, reliable, punctual, non-judgemental, ability to build good relationships based on trust and respect, flexible, adaptable, easy going, able to work alone, positive, willingness to travel and understands equality and diversity.
Specific requirements: Someone who is experienced and used to dealing with individuals with additional needs.
Hours of work: 2.5 hours per week on a Monday
Rate of pay: £13.01per hour
Skills, qualifications, and experience
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Car and appropriate insurance
Previous experience of working with individuals with additional needs
Good at building relationships
Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References.
This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
