Crynodeb
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Patient Safety Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week), supporting services across the Midlands and North West regions of England; Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Stockton-on-Tees. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, though it will require regular travel, including occasional overnight stays. Adequate notice will always be provided. This role will cover our Integrated Urgent Care services (including 111, out of hours, clinical assessment services and GP practices). You will play a key role in promoting a strong culture of safety, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of services. Utilise your experience in governance and quality improvement initiatives, with the ability to lead and influence patient safety practices across multiple sites. You will be responsible for analysing trends, supporting compliance with relevant standards, and embedding robust quality frameworks that drive measurable improvements in care delivery. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, as you will work closely with both internal teams (including service leads and senior management) and external partners such as Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). You will be confident in building relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring alignment with strategic quality objectives.
