Crynodeb
The post holder will be qualified, or demonstrate a willingness to train, in psychological models recommended for people experiencing eating disorders i.e. MANTRA, SSCM or CBT-E. The post holder is expected to be familiar with and have some knowledge of all the main psychological models currently recommended in the treatment of adults experiencing eating disorders. The post holder will have experience of, and developed skills in, establishing therapeutic relationships with people who can be ambivalent regarding change and level of engagement. The post holder will be familiar with working autonomously with patients who carry a high level of risk due to their physical and mental health. The post holder will be experienced in working collaboratively with other professionals. The post holder will have experience of working within the NHS.
