As a Tenant Support Advisor, you will act as a field representative helping tenants in social housing access a free service designed to address property disrepair (such as damp, mould, and broken heating).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach to inform tenants of their rights and free assistance options. Provide on-the-spot support to identify housing disrepair issues.
Distribute educational materials and guide residents through our support framework.
