Hospice at Home Location & Hours Based at the hospice, with travel across the East Midlands (Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire). A full UK driving licence is essential. 37.5 hours per week, rota between MondaySunday, 8:00am6:00pm. Hospice Care Team Location & Hours Rainbows Hospice, Lark Rise, Loughborough, LE11 2HS. 37.5 hours per week, rota including: Long days: 7:30am8:00pm Nights: 7:30pm8:00am Short shifts: 7:30am3:30pm or 1:30pm9:30pm Benefits Alongside Agenda for Change pay, we offer: NHS pension transfer option Comprehensive training and development 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Healthcare cashback plan and life assurance Blue Light Card and Company Shop access Free onsite parking Subsidised meals and free refreshments Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support Supportive team culture, staff events and away days Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Band 6 Deputy Lead Nurse in planning and delivering care Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care in partnership with children and families Providing high-quality short break, palliative and end-of-life care in both hospice and home settings Essential Requirements Post-registration experience as a Band 5 Nurse Experience working with children/young people (019) with complex needs Ability to deliver a high standard of clinical care Desirable Experience in children's palliative or end-of-life care Community or lone working experience Mentorship or preceptorship qualification Please note: preceptorship is not available for this role.
