With newly re imagined bedrooms inspired by Scotland’s heritage, The Caledonian Edinburgh continues to redefine luxury guest experiences. We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front of house team in delivering seamless, refined service from arrival to departure.
The Person:
• A confident and inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Guest-focused, professional and composed in all situations
• Strong communicator able to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Highly organised with sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Flexible and adaptable to support hotel operations across shifts.
The Role:
• Lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Act as a role model, setting service standards and expectations
• Support smooth daily operations across arrivals, departures and occupancy
• Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty engagement and service excellence
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily front of house operations and shift execution
• Allocate rooms and manage occupancy in line with policy
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and other departments
• Support team development, recognition and performance standards.
