Summary
We are seeking a trainee carpenter/Joiner to join our manufacturing team
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing various wooden windows and doors
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your carpentry skills in a workshop environment contributing to the manufacture of bespoke joinery
This position is full time and suitable for individuals with a passion for craftmanship
Responsibilities
Manufacture components using hand tools, power tools and specialized joinery machines, full training given
Measure, cut and shape materials accurately to specifications, training given
Perform heavy lifting of materials safely to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to health and safety standards
Collaborate with managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely project commitments
Qualifications
Knowledge of hand tools is desirable but not essential
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in carpentry or joinery are advantageous but not essential
Physical fitness suitable for this role
The role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about craftmanship

Full time 40 hours a week
7am to 4 pm with an hour for lunch
Applicants over the age of 18 as training to use machines
