Duties:
- Operate manual milling and turning machines to produce precise components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up tooling and/or fixtures for each job.
- Conduct assembly of machined parts, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manual Miller/Turner or in a similar precision machining role.
- Mechanical knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and power tools used in machining operations.
- Ability to work accurately with basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machining environments.
