Summary
Responsible for the succinct triage of incoming referrals, arranging face to face assessments, gate keeping of admissions to hospital or referring on to the most appropriate service. Providing the management of the daily shift with the delegation of daily duties to the team. Working collaboratively with our service users, their carers and our colleagues to positively manage treatment and risk in the community, whilst enabling and empowering an individuals recovery journey. The post holder will promote the use of evidence-based practice; joint working and participation in and provision of supervision, education and training where appropriate.
