The Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, the successful candidate will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse-led appointments while supporting Veterinary Surgeons with procedures and surgeries as required. The role focuses on delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and patient welfare.
The successful RVN will play a vital role within the clinical team, ensuring the smooth delivery of veterinary services and helping to create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Typical duties within this Veterinary Nurse job will include:
Delivering exceptional patient care through nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities
Supporting consultations, surgical procedures, and clinical treatments
Monitoring patient wellbeing before, during, and after procedures
Managing patient admissions and discharges
Delivering outstanding levels of client care and communication
Ensuring compliance with all clinical, regulatory, operational, and practice standards
Working collaboratively within a supportive and professional veterinary team
