Summary
ROLE: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical BiasHOURS: 40 Hrs/WeekLOCATION: Mobile Role across Cumbria (Penrith and Carlisle)

Role Responsibilities:
-Maintenance and oversight of Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems.
-Generator & fuel system maintenance, ensuring reliability of power systems.
-Routine checks and maintenance of UPS units and battery systems.
-Upkeep and compliance checks of lighting and emergency lighting systems.
-Maintenance of HVAC, fire & intruder systems, water hygiene, lightning protection, masts & towers, building/site infrastructure, and specialist vehicles.
-Completing all compliance documentation (including SFG20, client MS, ACoPs), inspection reports, and remedial records accurately and promptly.
Required Qualifications:
-Proven experience within a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
-Electrical Authorised Person (AP) experience is essential.
-Relevant qualifications (Electrical Level 3 Award, C&G 2391, 18th Edition).
-Strong understanding of Health & Safety, including Permit to Work and safe systems of work
-Full, clean driving licence (essential due to travel between sites).
