We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistants (Days) to provide high-quality care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recognising and prioritising patient needs in line with care plans and guidance from healthcare professionals.
This role offers flexibility, with opportunities to work in different care settings as provided by the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by healthcare professionals
Provide hands-on care and support to patients
Recognise and prioritise patient needs effectively
Support and guide junior care staff where required
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organisational guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting (Senior role preferred)
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Mandatory training completed or willingness to undertake (online and face-to-face options available)
