We are seeking a Planner to support the effective coordination and scheduling of service activities through proactive management of incoming enquiries and job requests.​

The role focuses on maintaining accurate systems, monitoring shared mailboxes, and ensuring work is planned and allocated within agreed service level agreements.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships with clients and internal service teams while operating with a 72-hour lookahead approach.​

Clear communication, regular updates, and timely escalation of issues are essential to ensure all tasks are scheduled and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming enquiries and monitor shared mailboxes

Allocate job requests to engineers in line with scheduling requirements

Maintain and update all relevant systems accurately

Operate a 72-hour lookahead to ensure jobs are scheduled ahead of SLA deadlines

Liaise with clients to provide clear communication and updates

Work closely with internal service teams to coordinate workloads

Identify and escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner

Ensure all planning activities support service delivery commitments

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Good attention to detail and accuracy when updating systems

The ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

Confidence in prioritising work to meet deadlines and SLAs

A proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues

The ability to work as part of a rotating shift pattern
