We’re currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join our clients growing team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent. These are full-time, permanent positions with immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all health & safety procedures and report any hazards or defects
• Carry out product quality checks in line with ISO and SOP requirements
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety in your work area
• Collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met
• Operate hand tools, air/power tools, and measuring tools (1mm tolerance)
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Take responsibility for work progress and quality
• Engage in feedback and continuous improvement processes
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced production environment
• A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail
• Skilled in using tools and measuring equipment
• Physically able to lift and move materials safely
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
