About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for experienced Production Welders to join a leading manufacturing business. Candidates must have previous MIG production welding experience and be capable of welding a variety of materials in different sizes and shapes, including Mild Steel, DF and Pre-Galvanised steel.
Key Responsibilities•
Performing MIG production welding on manufactured components.
•
Welding various materials to required specifications.
•
Ensuring all welds meet quality and production standards.
•
Working from drawings and job instructions where required.
•
Carrying out visual quality inspections on completed work.
•
Meeting daily production targets.
•
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements
•
Proven MIG production welding experience.
•
Experience welding Mild Steel, DF and Pre-Galve materials.
•
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
•
Strong attention to detail and quality.
•
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Hours
39 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday 6:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm
