Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Chartered Financial Planners
Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and manage client servicing
Maintain and update client records using internal CRM systems - Intelliflo Office experience is essential for this role
Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure timely follow-up
Candidate Requirements
Must have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
Must have experience with IO (Intelliflo Office)
Understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong team working ethic
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with FCA compliance and regulatory frameworks
