Routes Healthcare is

recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to

Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable

care professionals to be part of it from day one.

Your role will

include:

Complex clinical care interventions

Medication administration and health support Mobility, positioning, and personal care

Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals

What we offer:

£16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

DBS paid for by Routes

Travel to and from training covered

Full-time hours available

Consistent 12-hour shifts, days or nights

24/7 support from a dedicated team

Wellbeing and mental health support

What you'll need:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential)

Right to work in the UK

Willingness to travel during the initial set-up phase

Genuine passion for person-centred care
