You will bring experience of managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare or large organisational environment, alongside the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting. You will have experience in business planning, performance management and implementing service redesign initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and patient outcomes. A strong understanding of governance, risk management and continuous improvement processes will be essential, together with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information to support decision-making. We are seeking someone who is proactive, collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality services while supporting innovation and transformation across pathology and diagnostic services.
