Location: Horncastle
We are currently recruiting for a Sales / Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
(Including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks)
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting existing customers to maintain and develop relationships
Preparing and processing quotations and orders
Completing and managing all associated paperwork
Liaising with management regarding pricing
Maintaining accurate records and updating the internal database
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Providing reception cover when required
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, including experience with Excel and database systems
Previous experience in a similar role
High level of accuracy with strong spelling and attention to detail
Please note:
Candidates will be required to complete an aptitude test at interview stage to assess spelling and data entry skills.
