Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Driver for a temporary to permanent opportunity. The purpose of this role is to support the manufacturing team by safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods and materials.

This is an immediate start role, ideal for candidates with previous FLT experience who are looking for long-term employment.

Key Duties
  • Offloading deliveries.

  • Issuing materials and packaging.

  • Driving a counterbalance forklift truck.

  • Supporting the manufacturing team with material movement.

  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and organised.

Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.

  • Previous experience working in a similar FLT or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Available for an immediate start.

Hours & Pay
  • Monday - Friday

  • Days

  • Pay rate: £13.75per hour
