Summary
Can operate ECG monitoring equipment. Good written/oralcommunication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a MDT. Safe administration of medicines, including deep intramuscular injections. Ability to supervise junior staff / students Effective time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Recording relevant documentation to a professional standard. Substantial experience working in a specialist ECT clinicExperience of managing a group of staff Experience in community mental health work Experience in working with people with moderate to severe mental health needs Experience of supervision Experience of MDT working
