Summary
Health Care Assistant / Caregiver
Location: Barbon, near Carnforth in Cumbria, LA6 2LP
Employer: Atlantizenith Unipessoal Ltd
Hourly Rate: £20.00 per hour
Working Days: Saturday and Sunday only
We are looking for reliable and compassionate caregivers to support a Service User in their own home at weekends.
Duties
Support with commode use and pad changes
Prepare lunch and evening meals
Assist with changing into nightwear
Support safe transfers and getting into bed
Promote dignity, comfort and independence
Record care provided and report any concerns
Shifts
Saturday and Sunday lunch call: 1 hour, single carer
Saturday and Sunday evening/bed call: 45 minutes, double-up care
Requirements
Applicants must be reliable, caring and confident with personal care and mobility support. Moving and handling experience is preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the rural location.
