This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, working within a supportive and forward‑thinking school community. If you are passionate about helping children overcome barriers and grow in confidence, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff, the Head of Learning Success and external specialists to deliver an individualised programme of support in line with the pupil’s EHCP. You will help the child access the curriculum, develop independence, and build social and emotional understanding, while contributing to assessment, planning and communication with parents. The pupil is currently in Year 6 and is likely to require 1:1 support through to Year 8. The position is linked to external funding.

Hours: 9 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, term-time only (including INSET days)
Salary: £4,575 per annum (including paid holiday entitlement)
Start date: Tuesday 1 September 2026

A similar, separately funded part-time opportunity is also available (details can be found on the school website), and applications from candidates interested in undertaking both roles are welcome.
