Summary
Abgail is a sociable and creative woman who likes going out to cafes and meeting friends she also likes crafting and is learning to sew. She lives in G33.
A typical day might involve helping her with personal care showering etc and making a breakfast and a putting together a healthy lunch for later. The role also requires helping make a supper and helping her to get ready for bed.
Abigail is a wheelchair user who lives in her own home.
As Abgail’s personal assistant, you’ll also provide support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and transport to appointments and social events.
This position is based in Robroyston, and the role requires 28 hours a week, (or could suit a job share with 2 personal assistants working 14 hours a week doing different shifts to help at different times of day).
Key Personal care tasks
9am-11am tasks showering/breakfast – 6pm -8pm helping her to prepare dinner and getting ready for bed.
Ideally, she is looking for someone to join her team of personal assistants who will be able to provide care 5 – 6 days a week, (with some shifts at weekends). This is to make sure that she can have all her care needs met through-out the week. A driving license is preferred.
