Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to join the Social Care Screening Team. This role will be based within the Grantham Safeguarding Hub, working in close collaboration with the police. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and developing a triage model for contact screening, ensuring effective and timely responses to contacts.

The role is based at Grantham Police Station and requires MV (management vetting) level of clearance.

A recognised social work qualification and Social Work England registration.
Significant social work experience and an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation.
Knowledge of Social Care Intervention thresholds.

An excellent communicator who builds strong working relationships with colleagues, families and external agencies.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
