Crynodeb
To provide timely investigation, troubleshooting and support to users of the Order Communications Systems within Primary and Secondary Care in Coventry and Warwickshire. To support in communication to stakeholders including GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCN) and Integrated Care Boards (ICB), and development of training materials for service users in the use of Order Communications. Ensuring clear precise documentation is available to assist others in proficient use of the systems, and in problem identification and solution. To alert the team to issues and risks as they are identified in a timely manner and to engage in the development of plans to mitigate for risks and to solve issues To work on projects related to OCS and on projects that improve paperless, electronic pathways and GIRFT, and/or improve partnership working, as directed by CWPS managers.
