Summary
* Planning & Teaching: Plan and deliver high-quality Year 4 lessons that are engaging, inclusive and aligned with the curriculum.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment using clear routines and effective behaviour management strategies.
* Assessment & Progress: Track pupil progress, complete assessments and provide meaningful feedback to support each child's learning journey.
* Differentiation: Adapt plans and resources to meet varying needs, ensuring every pupil can access the learning and succeed.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Year 4 team, wider staff and leadership to ensure consistency and strong outcomes across the school.
* Parent Partnership: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about children's progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
* Professional Development: Take part in CPD, training and staff meetings to continually develop your teaching practice.
* Safeguarding: Follow the school's safeguarding procedures and help promote a safe, nurturing environment for all pupils.
