The Role:

· Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.

· Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

· Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

· Work closely with your mentor and senior staff as part of your ECT induction programme.

· Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

· Contribute to the wider life of the school community.



The Ideal Candidate:

· Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK by Summer 2026.

· Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching.

· Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.

· Shows excellent communication and classroom management potential.

· Has a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal development.

· Works well as part of a collaborative team.
