Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7 (No Sunday work)
Start Times: Between 06:00 and 15:00
The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to join a leading business within the transport and logistics industry in Tamworth. This Van Driver role involves delivering chilled products to customers across various routes, with full training provided.

Job Role - Van Driver (Transport & Logistics Industry)As a Van Driver in Tamworth, you will be responsible for delivering chilled products to customers, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time within the transport and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering chilled products using refrigerated vans
- Completing between 20 and 30 deliveries per shift
- Self-loading vehicles using a pump truck
- Following planned delivery routes
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Ensuring compliance with all driving and transport regulations
- Minimum 6 months commercial van driving experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Monday to Friday: £13.70 per hour
- Saturday: £14.85 per hour
- After 12 weeks: £14.20 per hour (Monday-Friday) and £15.35 per hour (Saturday)
- Overtime after 42 hours: £17.13 per hour (£17.75 per hour after 12 weeks)
- Any 5 days out of 7 working pattern
- No Sunday working
- Full training provided
