Undertaking face-to-face, telephone and online consultations Managing acute and chronic disease presentations Home visits where clinically appropriate Reviewing pathology and correspondence Prescribing in accordance with local and national guidance Supporting QOF, enhanced services and quality improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team Supporting safeguarding, clinical governance and patient safety processes
