Person Specification – HLTA (PPA Cover)
We are looking for a HLTA to cover PPA across the school who can demonstrate:
● Excellent teaching and learning practice - someone who understands child development, can lead high quality play based learning, and creates warm, engaging environments where every child can thrive.
● A strong commitment to ongoing professional development — a reflective practitioner who is eager to deepen their expertise across all year groups, stay current with best practice, and actively contribute to continuous improvement across the setting.
● A collaborative team ethos — someone who works confidently alongside teachers, support staff, and external professionals, and who brings a positive, proactive approach to shared planning and problem solving.
