Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Yard Operative to join a busy team based in Tangmere to support their peak season - available immediately! This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a practical working environment.
Applicants must have their own transport or live locally due to the location of the site.
Main Duties:- General yard work and site housekeeping
- Packing and preparing compost products
- Loading, unloading, lifting and shifting materials
- Assisting with recycling operations
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
- Working as part of a small, hardworking team
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Previous yard, warehouse, recycling or labouring experience is helpful but not essential
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay:
£12.80 per hour paid on a weekly basis
