Loading Shovel Driver
Location: Colsterworth, Grantham
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join our client based in Colsterworth, Grantham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy green waste recycling site supporting shredding and screening operations.
The Role:
Operating a Loading Shovel safely and efficiently
Feeding green waste materials into shredders
Managing screening operations and material flow around the site
Stockpiling and moving materials as required
Carrying out daily machinery and safety checks
Following all site health & safety procedures
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate
£15.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Requirements:
Valid Loading Shovel license (essential)
Previous experience within waste, recycling, aggregates, or similar industries preferred
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work independently and safely
Good awareness of health & safety procedures
