Summary
Job Title: Groundworker/Dumper/Roller Driver
Location: Bridgwater
Salary: £21.50 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Tuesday 26 May 2026
Duration: 3 Months +
Harper’s are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker with either a Dumper or Roller ticket start on a long-term project in Bridgwater.
Please Note:
You will also need a Fit to Work Medical Certificate for this role.

Duties:
- Carrying out all aspects of groundworks
- Operating a Dumper or Roller safely and efficiently on site
- Maintaining site safety standards and keeping work areas tidy
Required
- A valid CPCS/NPORS card
- A valid Fit to Work Medical Certificate
- Own PPE
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Previous experience in a similar role
