Experienced Chef de Partie – Freelance Opportunities (Central London)
Freelance shift opportunities available through the recroot platform, for experienced Chef de Partie at a prestigious 4 & 5-star hotels and restaurants in Central London.
Shift Details
Location: Central London
Rate: between £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (between £128 – £144 per 8-hour shift)
Shifts available: various shifts between Mon-Sun – days & evenings
(Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break)
Shifts are posted on the platform and can be applied for based on your availability.
Requirements
• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Good knife skills and ability to work efficiently during prep and service
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and reliable approach to work
• Right to work in the UK and operate on a self-employed basis
• Must have own chef uniform, knives, and safety shoes

• Work is offered on a per-shift (assignment) basis
• Payment processed after each completed and approved shift
