Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Practitioner in Learning (SPiL) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing learning strategies that drive organizational growth and individual development. As a Senior Practitioner in Learning, you will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, develop innovative training programs, and ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. You will be responsible for mentoring junior learning practitioners and contributing to the continuous improvement of our learning frameworks. Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content across various formats.
Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools to enhance learning delivery and accessibility.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning data to identify gaps and measure training effectiveness.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior learning practitioners to build team capability and expertise.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for learning strategies, methodologies, and processes.
Stay current with latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative program design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design roles.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and digital learning technologies.
Proven experience designing and delivering effective learning programs in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and use insights to drive learning improvements.
Experience mentoring or managing junior learning professionals and leading projects.

End Time: 16:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
