About Us
WCM National Ltd is a growing company providing electrical services across the UK. We are looking for a reliable and organised Electrical Department Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our electrical division.
The Role
This is a key office-based role where you will support the Electrical Director and wider team to ensure smooth coordination of jobs and client communication.
Responsibilities include:
• Organising schedules for Electrical Engineers and PAT Testing
• Completing documentation and sending reports to clients upon job completion
• Assisting the Electrical Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Supporting the Parts Department with quoting remedial works
• Liaising with customers regarding planned visits and appointment times
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised with strong planning skills
• Pro-active and able to use initiative
• Comfortable using web-based systems
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Honest, reliable, and dependable
Working Hours
• Flexible working options available (full-time or part-time)
• Typical working hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility depending on the candidate
