Litigation Lawyer needed in Oxford Paying £40 per hr ref 474134
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of contentious matters from inception to conclusion
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Attend hearings, mediations and settlements as required
- Liaise with counsel, courts, external solicitors and other parties
- Ensure compliance with procedural rules, deadlines and professional standards
