This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, engagement in education, or additional learning needs.

Unlike short-term agency cover, our placements focus on consistency and relationship-building, giving staff the opportunity to make a meaningful long-term impact within schools and specialist settings.

You will help students:
- Build confidence and resilience
- Improve engagement with learning
- Develop positive relationships
- Regulate emotions and behaviour
- Access education in a safe and supportive environment

You may support students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups depending on the setting.

Ideal Experience

We welcome applicants from backgrounds including:
- Youth work
- Support work
- Residential care
- Sports coaching

Experience working with children or vulnerable young people is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For
- Calm, resilient, and empathetic individuals

- Ability to remain positive in challenging situations
- Full driving licence is beneficial but not essential

Why Work With Us?
- Long-term placements with consistency
- Supportive, relationship-focused approach
- Opportunities across SEN, SEMH & PRU settings
- Competitive daily rates
- Ongoing support from a local team
- Opportunities for permanent placements
