Summary
Please note this is a 30 hours per week contract; Monday to Friday 16:00 to 22:00. Overtime will be available.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Control Room Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, monitoring security systems, responding to alerts, and ensuring the safety of our clients and their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems in real time
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Liaise with emergency services, keyholders, and internal teams when required
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Follow strict operational procedures and compliance standards
- Identify and escalate suspicious activity or system faults
Preferred but not an essential:
- Previous experience in a control room, security, or monitoring environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused over long periods
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic IT proficiency
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- SIA Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with CCTV and alarm monitoring systems
