An exciting opportunity to join Manorcrest as an Operations Assistant Apprentice, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy and growing property development business.
This role sits within the Operations team, giving you exposure to a wide range of business activities including project coordination, administration, finance processes, and communication with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Business Administration qualification, with real responsibility and the opportunity to develop practical skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support to the Operations team
· Assist with coordinating live development projects and tracking progress
· Maintain and update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and records
· Support document management, filing, and version control
· Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers via email and phone
· Assist with preparing reports, meeting notes, and internal communications
· Support finance-related admin tasks (e.g. processing invoices, tracking payments, handling queries)
· Monitor shared inboxes and ensure queries are directed appropriately
· Assist with organising meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
· Ensure accurate and professional record-keeping across all business activities
Future Prospects:
Potential for a permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship.
