Responsibilities
-Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works on new-build residential properties
-Complete white woodwork finishing to a high standard
-Undertake snagging and touch-up works as required
-Maintain excellent quality standards across multiple housing developments
-Travel between sites within the Glenrothes area
-Work independently while managing workloads effectively and meeting project deadlines
-Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
Requirements
-Proven experience working as a Painter & Decorator
-Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail
-Own painting and decorating tools
-Full UK driving licence
-Valid UTR number
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards across all projects
