Full time 37hrs per week, Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join us as a Project Support Officer – Communities. You will be a key player in the delivery of our community activities, projects and services.
Our Localities & Community Services are involved in a wide range of work including community grants, social regeneration projects, green space management, skills development, community defibrillators, and safeguarding.
You will provide key administrative and project support to the many functions within the service. You will need to be a strong team player with the ability to priorities your workload and positively contribute to a constantly evolving busy service.
Your day-to-day activities will range from:
• Acting as the first port of call for residents and organisations on our various community projects and services
• Dealing with service requests relating to community grants and community assets including defibrillators and green spaces
• Processing invoices and grant payments using our finance systems
• Setting up various project and partnership meetings, providing support and taking minutes
• Support the organising and running of community events
