Sheffield South East Trust is seeking passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join Wybourn Community Primary School, starting in September 2026.

This role requires strong communication skills, a desire to work as part of a team, a solid understanding of education principles and effective behaviour management strategies. Experience of supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs is desirable for all roles and essential for the inclusion role.

The school is part of the Sheffield South East Trust (SSET), which unites seven local schools (Acres Hill Primary, Manor Lodge Primary, Wybourn Primary, Phillimore Primary, Woodhouse West Primary, Gleadless Primary). The schools within the Trust work closely together for the benefit of the children and communities they serve. There are many opportunities for support, training and networking between the schools.
