- Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with Saturday rota from 08:00 to 13:00 (1 in 5)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct repairs and servicing to the highest standards and manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology through relevant training
- Complete all work whilst observing safe working practices and adhering to quality standards
- Liaise with team members and supervisors to meet repair deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Document service reports, warranties, and vehicle diagnostics electronically
- Conduct detailed vehicle health checks and produce reports or videos efficiently
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and tool protocols
- Participate in manufacturer training pathways, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
- Assist in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- NVQ Level 3 or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
- Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
- Smart appearance and professional attitude
- Ideally experienced within main dealer environments
- Manufacturer training and certifications are desirable
