We are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team withSodexo at Allenby Connaught, Tidworth Leisure Centre.In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site, helping to maintain high standards that support the wellbeing and comfort of all visitors and staff.Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll interact with armed forces personnel on a daily basis and make a positive impact through the service you provide.If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and are passionate about delivering excellent cleaning standards, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic environments across all areas.
- Work closely with your team and take part in daily huddle meetings.
- Monitor and restock cleaning materials and consumables as needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns promptly.
What you bring:
- Willing to learn: Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.
- Strong communication skills: Able to interact politely and professionally with colleagues and site users.
- Adaptable and efficient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Team player: Reliable, supportive, and committed to working collaboratively to get the job done effectively.
