About the role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work under the guidance and direction of the class teacher to support pupils learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.

Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND

Work closely with teachers to deliver learning activities and interventions

Help create a safe, caring and purposeful classroom environment

Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence and self‑esteem

Support behaviour, routines and positive relationships

Contribute to the wider life of the school



This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork and wants to make a real difference every day.
