Your Responsibilities The service runs from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30 (with some flexibility which can be discussed at interview) with a multi-professional approach incorporating doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists and administrative staff. The post holder will work closely with a multi-professional team across: Urogynaecology consultantsSouthampton specialised pelvic mesh complications servicePre-assessmentEarly pregnancy/gynae assessment unitBramshaw womens unitTheatresMaternity What youll do You will be responsible for providing the safe therapeutic management of a defined patient/ client caseload You will work closely with the multi-professional team You will have an understanding of urogynaecology and work within the urodynamic clinics You will be supported and training will be provided in order to ensure full knowledge and skills required by the roleWe are looking for a caring, motivated individual who: Has a minimum of a Band 5 entry requiring a Degree qualification, 120 credits at L6 or possess an equivalent knowledge to be assessed through evidence of relevant specialist training, experience or portfolio Competent in urodynamic studies or motivation to undertake training and competence Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills Is able to work as part of a team and under own initiative
