Summary
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of the Estates and Facilities Strategy. Oversee estates, maintenance, catering, housekeeping, reception and front-of-house services. Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and health & safety requirements. Lead capital projects, service improvements and business continuity planning. Manage budgets, procurement and contract performance. Identify and develop income-generating opportunities within facilities and hospitality services. Drive a culture of customer service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. Lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams. Use data, technology and digital systems to improve performance and decision-making.
